  • Power On With Limb Loss: https://poweronwithlimbloss.org/  Is a local organization hosting online and in-person support social hour meetings in Portland, Salem, and Eugene! Many Eastside patients have been able to meet other amputees through this group.
  • Challenged Athletes Foundation: https://www.challengedathletes.org/ CAF empowers athletes with physical disabilities by breaking down barriers—providing funding for adaptive sports equipment, training, and community support so they can thrive through fitness and competitive athletics.
  • Limbs for life: http://limbsforlife.org/ Is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fully-functional prosthetic care for individuals who cannot otherwise afford it and raising awareness of the challenges facing amputees.
  • Range of Motion Project, ROMP: http://www.rompglobal.org/ ROMP is an international non-profit organization, based in Guatemala and Ecuador, dedicated to delivering functional, high quality prostheses and rehabilitation to underserved people with amputation. Eastside donates components to this company!
  • Amputee Coalition: https://www.amputee-coalition.org/  This is an advocacy group that brings awareness and resources to amputees. They help individuals, families, and professionals make informed decisions, find meaningful connections, and take action.
