Noelle uses they/them pronouns. They have a deep passion for empowering others, creating community, and increasing accessibility. Noelle is a strong believer in holistic patient centered care and looks forwards to getting to know all the current and future patients that are a part of the Eastside O&P community.

Noelle grew up on the West Coast in a large and diverse Peruvian family. They can be found hiking, cheering for the Portland Thorns, rock climbing, playing soccer, and enjoying the food hub that is Portland! Noelle is a part of the Oregon team for the “So Every Body Can Move” legislative movement with the aim of increasing insurance coverage to activity specific Prosthetic and Orthotics.

Noelle completed their MSPO Degree at the University of Hartford in CT. During their residency they spent 3 months at Shriners Children’s hospital focusing on pediatric care. They hold a B.S. in Exercise & Health Science with a minor in Sociology from Willamette University. Here Noelle earned a Senior Key for their exemplary leadership and contributions to the community.
